As we move forward in our journey to a healthy and happy lifestyle it is important that we care for our spiritual wellbeing.  God desires an intimate relationship with us and we must spend time with him on a consistent basis in order to develop that type relationship. 

I have found that some of my sweetest times with my Heavenly Father is when I am walking.  I call my exercise time "Liter Walks with God."  These times care for both my body and my spirit.
